Preschoolers not only enjoy being active, they need to be active. Take every opportunity in your Bible lesson to get the children involved in an impromptu acting-out of things that happen in the lesson.Examples:
“David and his men were hiding on the back of the cave when Saul came in. Let’s all make ourselves small and hide from Saul!”
Taking opportunites like this can make the lesson more fun and help keep the need for discipline down.Naaman began to dip into the Jordan river. Dip into the water! (Dip down and come back up.) Brrrr, it's cold. (Shiver.)
